The Twin Cities North Annual Gala—a signature event for the organization—combines the celebration of area businesses and entertainment.  The Gala features a theme, entertainment and activities.  Sponsorships support the Chamber’s operations in the area of public policy, building connections between businesses, and economic development. 

 

Premier Sponsor: $10,000

            As the Premier Sponsor, you will receive two tables of 10 guests, company recognition incorporated into                 the Gala theme, opportunity to speak at the event, logo on all printed material pre and post event, business             logo and biography in program and banner display opportunity at event.

 

Levels of Sponsorship:

 

$5,500

As a $5,500 Sponsor, you will receive one table of 10 guests, opportunity to speak at the event, logo on all printed material, business logo and biography in program and banner display opportunity at event.

               

$2,500

                As a $2,500 sponsor you will receive five tickets for the event, two public announcements at the event, logo                 on all printed materials, and business logo in the program.

               

$2,000

                As a $2,000 sponsor you will receive four tickets for the event, one public announcement at the event, logo                   on all printed material, and business logo in the program.

               

$1,000

                As a $1,000 sponsor you will receive one public announcement at the event, logo on all printed

                material, and business mentioned in the program.

               

 Wine Raffle Sponsor: $500

                As a $500 sponsor, you will be mentioned in all print material as well as in the program the night of

                the event.    

 

 Photo Sponsor:  $250

            As the Photo Sponsor, you will be recognized in the program and in post event print material.  You

            will also have the opportunity to display your company banner near the photo booth.  With your

            sponsorship, each attendee will have the opportunity to walk away with a themed photograph to remember

            the event!

 

Twin Cities North Business Expo, March………………………………. ………….…...…

The Twin Cities North Business Expo is a mini-trade show for Chamber members that will take place twice a year; usually spring and fall.  This event features 80 businesses exhibiting products and services to 250 attendees.  The event is free for attendees and $150 for exhibitors.  Sponsorship options support marketing for the event and the on-going efforts of the Chamber to build connections between businesses in the area.

 

Premier Event Sponsor: $500

            As a Premier Event Sponsor, you will have the opportunity to display your company’s banner at the event. 

            Your company name will be listed on the Chamber’s website as a Premier Sponsor of the event.  You will 

            also receive a complimentary booth to greet prospective clients and network to grow your business.  Your  

            company logo and biography will be placed in the event program.

 

            Bag Sponsor: $175

 The Twin Cities North Business Expo Bag Sponsors will be able to place company marketing material into bags which are distributed to all attendees of the expo, insuring 100%  networking connection.

 

Event Sponsorship: $150

            As an event sponsor you will be mentioned in all print material pre and post event.  You will receive

            a complimentary booth where you can greet prospective clients and network to grow your business.

 

 

Inspiring Business Award Program……………….………...

Award Sponsorship: $500

The Chamber recognizes outstanding organizations in the Twin Cities North area through an ongoing awards program.  Generally awarded once a month, the program is sponsored by an area business.  Currently Grand Casino is the program sponsor through June.  The sponsoring organization receives recognition at each award presentation and the opportunity to present the award.  In addition, the sponsor is cited in the monthly newsletter.

 

Business Essentials Luncheon…………………….

Luncheon Sponsorship: $250 (12)

                Business Essentials Luncheon Sponsors have the opportunity to sit at the head table with the

                featured speaker, introduce the speaker, as well as say a few words about your company.          

               Sponsors will be recognized in the Results Newsletter, the Chamber website, and any other promotional

               material pre and post event.

 

Evening Exchange………………………………….

 

                Event Sponsorship: $75

The Evening Exchange Event Sponsor will have the opportunity to decide where to have the event, and place any company marketing material at the event. The Sponsor will have an opportunity to welcome everyone and speak about their company to the group.

               

New Teacher Recognition…………………….

 

Event Sponsorship: $100

                New Teacher Recognition Sponsors have the opportunity to meet and greet new faculty and staff at school

                districts in the northern Twin Cities area.  This is a great opportunity for your business to meet prospective                 clients!  As a New Teacher Recognition Sponsor, your company will be listed in the Results Newsletter, in                  the Weekly Update Emails and through all promotional material relating to the event.

 

New Member Reception…………………….

 

Reception Sponsorship: $200

                Reception sponsors will be featured in all pre and post advertising material as well as have the opportunity                 to say a few words about your company at the reception.  Promotional materials are welcomed at the                 reception as well.

 

Welcome Packet Sponsorship: $300

                Sponsors will have the opportunity to have their company logo and contact information listed on any New                 Member Welcome packet they so choose.  You also have the opportunity to hand deliver the packet to                 introduce the new member into the Chamber and the business community, as well as to promote

                your  business to them.

 

Career Jam…………………….

 

Event Sponsorship: $150

                Event Sponsors will be recognized in all promotional material leading up to and after the event.  You                will also be recognized in student welcome bags, signage throughout the event, and will have

               the  opportunity to attend the Welcome Reception to introduce your company to all speakers and educators

               at the event.

 

                Career Jam Materials Sponsorship: $50

The Career Jam Material Sponsorship includes being listed, and company logo on all the electronic and printed material provided before during the current years Career Jam, which over 600 high school students attend.

  

Spring Golf, June …………………………………….………………………….

Your Chamber hosts two golf tournaments a year, the first is an 18-hole event in the spring featuring a sell out attendance of 144 golfers. 

 

Green Sponsorship: $100

Green sponsors will be listed as a ‘Host at a Green.’ Sponsors will receive signage and publicity at Green as well as in the newsletter and listing in the program. 

 

Tee Box Sponsorship: $200

Tee Box sponsors will be listed as a ‘Host at a Tee.’ Sponsors will receive signage and publicity at Tee Box as well as in the newsletter and listing in the program. 

 

Golfer Gift Bag Sponsor: $200

                Each golfer will receive a Golfer Gift Bag to take with them while one the course.  As the Golfer Gift Bag         

                sponsor you would provide all golfers with logo’d items from your company.  Examples of Golfer Gift 

                Bag items include: pens, paper, snacks, golf balls, golf tees, golf towel, coupons to area restaurants, and the

                gift bag itself. 

 

Snack Hut Sponsorship: $250

                Snack Hut Sponsors will be placed between two greens.  They will receive signage and publicity in the newsletter and listing in the program.  The sponsoring company is responsible for providing free snacks and promotional material while networking with each golfer who passes by. 

 

Money Ball Sponsorship: $300

                Rules of the Money Ball: Each four-some will receive a Money Ball.  The money ball will be hit by a different player   

                on each hole.  Players must rotate evenly throughout the nine holes.  During your turn, you will hit the money ball on                 all your shots.  If you lose the money ball, continue with a normal ball.  The teams that return with the money ball at                 the end of the outing, are placed in a drawing for $100 cash. 

                Money Ball Sponsors will be mentioned in all promotional material, in the program, and at the reception.       

 

Beverage Cart Sponsorship: $500

                A beverage cart will be circulating the course, and your sign will be displayed on the cart.  All golfers get     

                thirsty out there, so nobody will miss seeing your company name!  You also have the opportunity to

                display your company banner in the clubhouse.  Your company will be listed in all marketing materials

                and will be mentioned at the dinner.

 

Dinner Sponsorship: $1,000

                Dinner sponsors will be listed as a host in the program.  You also have the opportunity to display your                 company banner in the clubhouse, as well as say a few words at the reception.  Your company will be listed                  in all marketing materials and will be mentioned at the dinner.

 

Golfer Gift Sponsor: $1,000

                The Golfer Gift Sponsor will be promoted in the program and in all promotional material for the event.  As                  the Golfer Gift Sponsor, you are responsible for providing each golfer with one item that either states your                 company’s contact information or provides the company logo.  Each golfer will be presented with

                your company’s gift before tournament begins.

                As our premier sponsor you will have the opportunity to display your company banner in the clubhouse.                  Your organization will be listed in all marketing materials, and you will have the opportunity to make a two                 minute announcement during the program.  As a premier sponsor, your organization will receive a          

                 complimentary hole sponsorship and will receive a complete listing of all participants. 

 

Fall Golf, September………………………………….………………………….

The second golf tournament features 9 holes with wacky contests, games and prizes.  Up to 72 golfers have the opportunity to register for this golf tournament. 

 

Green Sponsorship: $75

Green sponsors will be listed as a ‘Host at a Green.’ Sponsors will receive signage and publicity at Green as well as in the newsletter and listing in the program. 

 

Tee Box Sponsorship: $150

Tee Box sponsors will be listed as a ‘Host at a Tee.’ Sponsors will receive signage and publicity at Tee Box as well as in the newsletter and listing in the program.

Results Newsletter Front Page Sponsorship: $500 (for 12 months from signup date)

          The Chamber’s monthly newsletter, Results, is sponsored with the featured sponsor listed on the cover.  In                   addition, the sponsors receive 1 free newsletter insert in a 12 month cycle. 

 

Results Newsletter Insert: $100

                Results Newsletter Insert sponsors have the opportunity to add an 8.5 x 11 piece of paper to the Results                 newsletter as an insert to be mailed to all Twin Cities North Chamber members.  This piece of paper can                 include coupons, upcoming events, menus, etc.  The sponsor must print all inserts and delivery them to the                Chamber office.  Maximum inserts allowed per newsletter is six.

 

                Results Newsletter Spotlight: $275

Results Newsletter Spotlight sponsors will have their company spotlighted in an issue of the Results Newsletter. Company Logo, Contact info and information will be featured in over 650 newsletters.     

 

Weekly Update Email…………………….……

 

Weekly Update Sponsorship: $600

                Weekly email sponsors will have their company logo and contact information placed in a prime location on                  the right hand side of the weekly email.

Front Page Sponsorship: $1,600

                Front Page Website Sponsors would receive a prime spot on the homepage of the Twin Cities North               Chamber of Commerce website (www.twincitiesnorth.org).  Your prime spot would include a click-able    

               logo linked to your company’s homepage.   

 

All Other Pages: $500

                Placing your company information on any other page beside the homepage would include a click-able logo                 that would take visitors directly to your company’s homepage.

 

Company Spotlight: $250

                The New Member Spotlight sponsorship includes being listed on the homepage of the Chamber website                  through a rotating logo.  Visitors have the opportunity to visit your company website through this                  sponsorship as well.
